FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 - USE CODE 'FREESHIP' AT THE CHECKOUT

 Once you have ordered your headpiece online, we know you will want it in a hurry.... naturally!  As our headpieces are crafted by hand, we ask that you allow 2 days from when you place your order to allow us to create your headpiece and our team will dispatch on the 3rd day. We offer express post shipping throughout Australia and 'pack & track' international shipping.

 Urgent orders please email amanda@wolfandelk.com.au before placing the order to ensure we are able to get it to you before your required date

 Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us amanda@wolfandelk.com.au

 2. How to track the status of your order?

 Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code for you to track how far away your order is from your door. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/

3. Do you ship overseas?

Please note all international online orders are shipped with either Fed Ex or Australia Post International and the value of the parcel is declared as required by Australian law.As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.The recipient will be contacted by Fed Ex or Australia Post if this is the case after the goods have been received. These costs are outside of WOLF + ELK'S control and are not included in the purchase price. The duties for every country are different and can change on a regular basis.

 5. What if I need to cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for WOLF + ELK to return it to you.
  • If your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered WOLF + ELK are not responsible for replacement.
  • Any damaged goods during transit will be exchanged after the damaged product is returned to WOLF + ELK

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

 If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify WOLF + ELK within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
  • You must notify WOLF + ELK by email amanda@wolfandelk.com.au to notify
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from WOLF + ELK, or delivery note.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items.
  • You must return the Product in its original condition with the original "swing ticket" attached and with WOLF + ELK box.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product back to WOLF + ELK for all refunds and exchanges.
  • Upon receipt of the Product by WOLF + ELK, we will refund to you the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by WOLF + ELK, however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.

 If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, WOLF + ELK will gladly repair first where possible and then an exchange or refund may be offered in accordance with the following process:

 That the Product was purchased within 2 months of faulty date.

  • You must notify WOLF + ELK by email amanda@wolfandelk.com.au
  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from WOLF + ELK or delivery note.
  • WOLF + ELK will then repair first if possible or refund the price to you in full, replace the product or exchange for a different product. Shipping with not be returned.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by WOLF + ELK, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. WOLF + ELK can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when requesting within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
